How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 3-4 business days and will require a signature upon delivery.

Refunds?

There are no refunds. If an issue permits, your order may be exchanged within 1 week of purchase or delivery as long as hair has not been installed or altered in any way. Hair must be in its original condition.

Longevity?

Virgin hair can last 2 plus years. Raw hair can last 2-3 plus years with proper maintenance. I recommend sulfate and alcohol free products, shampoo and condition as needed to clear build up. Keeping hair moisturized is key to bundles remaining soft and revived.

Can hair be dyed?

Yes, the hair can be dyed. Virgin hair can be dyed to 27 and raw hair can be dyed to 613.
